This is the work of a master craftsman…I was honestly thrilled to see this love doll, which was much more realistic than I had imagined.

【Satisfaction / Evaluation】
<Overall satisfaction> ★★★★☆
I had seen pictures of love dolls before, but it was my first time seeing one in person, and I was even allowed to touch them freely.
Detail
I happened to come across it on X, and found out that there was a showroom for a love doll manufacturer in Tokyo, and that the showroom was going to close in September of this year. I knew about the existence of love dolls, but now that I think about it, I’ve never seen one in person, so when I had the chance to go near the showroom, I decided to stop by.
Exterior
The exterior looked like an ordinary multi-tenant building. There was a sign on the street that said “Orient Industries”, so I was able to use that to find the entrance.
Inside the showroom
When I opened the entrance, the first thing that catched my eye was a doll modeled after a courtesan. At first glance, it looked like something I might see in a history museum, but on closer inspection, the doll was carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, and had a somewhat seductive aura, which was exactly what you’d expect from a love doll manufacturer.
There were already several other groups of customers in the showroom, including quite a few female customers (when I went there, there were more female customers). There was no reception desk, but a staff member noticed that I had just entered and asked me for my 1,000 JPY entrance fee, which I paid in cash.
After that, I was free to look around. Taking photos and videos was OK, and I was even allowed to touch the dolls. In fact, the staff member encouraged me to do so. The texture of the skin was not exactly the same as that of a human, but I was impressed by how nice it felt to touch the breasts. They felt very realistic to squeeze, and the hardness of the nipples was exquisite. I was impressed that they could create such a realistic doll.
When I asked the staff member, “Do the joints move?” he replied, “Yes, they do. If you’d like, we can try holding you lightly in missionary position.” The staff member then began to move one of the dolls, spreading its legs. I took him up on his offer and stuck my body to the doll in missionary position… and it felt quite realistic. The doll had a solid weight to it, and it felt very close to the sensation of being attached to a real body.
↓First-person perspective during missionary position. I felt a little embarrassed with other customers around me (lol)
By the way, when I asked how much they cost, I was told that the examples on display were around 640,000 JPY(≒ 4,200 USD) each. I thought it was a bit much to buy one, but it seems that there are sex shops that rent out love dolls, so I thought I might like to try one of those sometime.
About the fee
I paid 1,000 JPY as the entrance fee.
Orient Industry had discontinued its love doll business, and this showroom closed in September 2024.
This tour made me want to try playing with a love doll, so I arranged to create an opportunity to play with one at a later date. I will write about that in another report.
