Susukino, Sapporo, is the largest entertainment district in Hokkaido, Japan. Here you’ll find the show pub “Pussy Cat,” which is famous throughout the country. If the Apollo Building is the champion of the west, then this place is definitely the champion of the north. I’ve been wanting to go for a while, and when I had the chance to go to Sapporo recently, I decided to go.
I could have gone alone, but I thought it would be nice to have a group and have fun, so I called out to my friends in Sapporo, and two men agreed to come with me, so we went there together
Steps to entering the bar
Reservations are not accepted, and you have to come directly on the day. I had heard rumors that it was a very popular bar and that there would be a long line before opening, so I arranged to meet in front of the bar 30 minutes before opening time (4pm).

As 4pm approached, I worried that another frieind would not be able to enter the bar in time, but he arrived just in time. At 4 o’clock. We were guided inside the bar and the three of us were the first to check in. We were given an explanation of the system, paid the entrance fee of 4,400 JPY (4,000 JPY + consumption tax) at the entrance (paid using a ticket machine-like device), and were guided to the floor.
Inside the bar
When we entered the floor, there was a gourd-shaped dance stage in the middle, with chairs lined up around it. Customers sat on the chairs and watched the show. There were also a row of ladies lined up on the side, and when customers sat on the chairs, one lady from each group came and sat on the stage in front of the customers and serve them.
The lady explained the system. If you pay the entrance fee, you can drink as much beer, highballs, and other drinks as you like. If you ask a lady, she will tell the waiter your order (loudly), and the waiter will bring you the drink.
There were two shows during the stay. The first was a bingo game, and the top three can try their hand at darts to win prizes, which included free tickets and original goods. The second was a lively event where you can watch the ladies’ dance, touch their bodies, and be touched by them. Just hearing about it sounds fun.
If you find a lady you like during your stay, you can choose her and pay 9,000 yen (the website says 8,500 yen, but the shop says it’s 9,000 yen including tax) to receive sexual services in a private room at the back of the shop. You can do this any time, either before or during the show.
But it is allowed to pepole who can communicate with ladies in Japanese because ladies there tend to speak Japanese only.
About the ladies
The two girls who sat with us this time were:
