March is the season for graduation ceremonies in Japan. When I see students in suits and kimono, I remember my younger days and feel a little excited. โ I'll introduce "Yappari Steak", a chain steak house in Japan. Okinawa has quite a culture of eating steak, perhaps as a remnant of its time under U.S. rule. Steaks are often very expensive these days, but this restaurant's appeal is that you can enjoy oyster blade steak at a fairly reasonable price.
